thorough assessment, and prepare a Management Plan with
a clear vision for the customer that focuses on improving

Management Plan: Following
the Inprocessing, the Community Association Manager will
have a very clear understanding of the customer’s
objectives and vision, and will use all of his resources
to achieve them. |

Quality Control: Affinity
Management Services will annually re-evaluate the Management
Plan with the customer to make improvements as necessary.
Additionally, Affinity Management Services will periodically
conduct an Operations Audit with an independent industry
Consultant and make the necessary improvements. |
